Chief Banking Officer
Keith has been chief banking officer for the Northern Trust Bank since 2008 and is directly responsible for the lending and banking activities of the Personal Financial Services division. Based in Chicago, Illinois, he has more than 30 years of progressively challenging banking experience.
Keith joined the Northern Trust Bank of Arizona in 1986 as the senior lending officer in the Phoenix office. In 1991, he was promoted to Lending Division head and given statewide authority for all lending services. In 1994 Keith was promoted to senior vice president and chief banking officer for the state of Arizona and in 2000, he assumed the role of executive vice president and chief banking officer for Arizona and Colorado. In 2003, his responsibilities were expanded to include the states of California, Nevada and Washington. Keith currently sits on the board of directors of The Northern Trust Federal Savings Bank, the Northern Trust Company's Senior Loan Committee and the corporation's Asset Liability Committee(ALCO). At various times over his Northern Trust career he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Trust Bank N.A, and has been a member or chaired the following committees: Loan Committee, ALCO Committee, Compliance Committee, and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Committee. Keith has also served as the Regional Reg O Officer for the Western region and has served on the National Marketing and Banking counsels. Keith is an honors graduate of the Stonier School of Banking. He was co-chairman and founder of the Maricopa County Reverse Mortgage Committee and has served in numerous capacities with the Arizona Multi-Bank. Keith's community service includes various levels of involvement and board membership in Hospice of the Valley, American Heart Association, Unity Way, Urban Coalition West, Housing For Mesa, Boys and Girls clubs of Phoenix, and Cure Autism Now. |

Douglas P. Regan is President of the Wealth Management Group at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to this role, Doug served as Chairman and Chief Executive for the Southeast Region of Northern Trust, NA. He was responsible for 25 offices throughout Florida and the office in Atlanta, Georgia. From January 1999 to February 2003 he served as President of the Palm Beach and Martin County Region for Northern Trust Bank of Florida. Prior to January 1999, he served as the Managing Executive in Boca Raton and head of the Trust and Investment Management Sales Group for Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Before joining the Boca Raton office he served in various capacities in the Trust and Banking Departments in Chicago and Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Doug joined The Northern Trust Company in 1985. He was named an Officer in March 1989, a Second Vice President in July 1991 and a Vice President in April 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from the Chicago Kent College of Law. He has instructed at the National Trust School at Northwestern University and in the master’s program at the Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining the Bank, Doug worked on U.S. Senator Dan Quayle’s staff in Washington D.C. Doug currently serves on the Board of The Old Town School in Chicago. Doug served on the boards of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts; the Harid Conservatory; the United Way of Palm Beach County; and the Miami Art Museum. He was the Campaign Chair for United Way of Palm Beach County for 2002-2003. |

Gregg manages the Financial Consulting Group. He has nineteen years of experience in the financial services industry, including thirteen years advising senior executives of large corporations and other high net worth individuals. Gregg's range of expertise spans from comprehensive retirement and cash flow analysis, investments, insurance, income tax, stock options, single stock concentrations, compensation and benefits, education, major goal funding, estate tax and charitable giving.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Gregg was the Manager of Personal Wealth Management at RSM McGladrey accounting and financial planning firm and a Senior Financial Counselor at Asset Management Group, a national financial planning firm. Gregg earned a Bachelor’s Degree and Master's Degree in Business Administration from De Paul University. He is a member of The Financial Planning Association® and earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. |

John Skjervem
Executive Vice President
Mr. Skjervem leads the national investment management practice for Northern Trust’s Personal Financial Services (PFS) business from the firm’s Chicago headquarters. His responsibilities include investment policy development with a particular focus on portfolio construction and implementation. He also directs the investment management activities of over 200 Northern Trust portfolio managers across the firm’s 85-office PFS franchise.
Mr. Skjervem joined Northern Trust in 1991 as a portfolio manager in the firm’s Santa Barbara, CA office where he managed financial asset portfolios for individuals, pension plans, foundations and non-profit agencies. In 2002, John was appointed Chief Investment Officer for the Western Region of Northern’s PFS business. In that role, he supervised 30 portfolio managers across three western states from Northern’s regional headquarters in Los Angeles. Prior to his tenure at Northern Trust, John worked in Los Angeles as an associate economist for consultants Natelson Levander Whitney, and as a public finance specialist for investment bankers Ehrlich Bober & Co. John earned a M.B.A. degree with concentrations in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, and received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a director of the CFA Society of Chicago, the nation’s oldest society of financial analysts, and serves as a board member for the St. Francis Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. |
