            Meet our 2026 co-operative students

            Welcome to our 2026 Co-Op Students 🎉

            We’re thrilled to welcome 48 students to Northern Trust Ireland as part of our placement program. Over the next eight months, they’ll gain hands-on experience across Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Derivatives, Transfer Agency, and more.

            Our program is designed to help students develop skills, build expertise, and prepare for the future world of work in a global financial services environment.

            Introducing our 2026 EMEA summer interns

            Our largest EMEA intern class to date include 21 interns recently joined us (June 30th) across our London and Dublin offices.

            Over the course of 10 weeks, they will contribute to teams in Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Banking and Markets, Technology and Audit. Their experience will include peer coaching, interactive team assignments, masterclass sessions with our senior leaders, and many more opportunities to learn, connect, and grow. âš“
