Glenda Pedroso

Glenda G. Pedroso is the Head of Banking and Specialized services for Wealth Management. In this role, she oversees Northern Trust’s efforts to provide individuals and families with sophisticated deposit, liquidity and lending solutions. Glenda also leads the firm’s delivery of specialized services for private market asset managers, attorneys and consultants, advisory firms and, through our Elevating Women platform, women wealth creators and inheritors.

Glenda has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Northern Trust in 1995 and has held various regional and national positions. Most recently, she served as President of the East Region, leading the company’s wealth management business in the eastern United States. She is an Executive Vice President of The Northern Trust Company and serves on the firm’s Wealth Management Executive Leadership Team.

She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of YoungArts and chairs the organization’s Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously, she served as Board Chair of Care Resource, a nonprofit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center that provides comprehensive health care to a diverse community of people in need.

Glenda received her B.S. degree from the University of Florida in 1986. In 2021, Glenda was listed as one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Finance. Additionally, she was recognized as one of South Florida Business Journal’s 2021 Influential Business Women.
