Howard Rapley joined Northern Trust in 2019 as Global Product Lead for Securities Services. He is responsible for the strategy and capabilities supporting client assets held by Northern Trust, including global custody and direct custody.

Howard has nearly 30 years of asset servicing experience, in senior operational, product management and business leadership positions.
