Grant is responsible for delivering capital market solutions to institutional clients across agency brokerage, transition management, security finance, and foreign exchange. Grant joined Northern Trust in 2004 and has served in a variety of roles including, global head of transition management, head of institutional brokerage in the Americas, and most recently head of ITS Americas.

Grant began his career at Capital Institutional Services (Capis), working in their London and Dallas offices.  Prior to joining Northern Trust, he was overseeing the program trading and transition management business at Capis. 

Grant has a finance degree from Trinity University, and currently holds FINRA series 7, 9, 10, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
