Kaushal Joshi, chief information officer for Northern Trust Asset Management, serves on the asset management executive group and drives the strategic direction of technology across the business globally.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Kaushal oversaw technology for the wealth management and investment management divisions at Franklin Templeton Investments for 10 years. He leverages more than 25 years of experience with a diverse mix of financial service firms, responsible for organizational development, business transformation, strategic acquisitions and integrations, customer experience and large scale projects.

He earned an MBA in finance from Virginia Tech University.
