Dan serves as Senior Vice President representing the Northern Trust Digital Assets and Financial Markets Team for the APAC region.

Based in Singapore, Dan is responsible for assessing the impact of regulatory and market infrastructure change to Northern Trust’s operating model and identifying innovative operating structures. Dan also informs and executes on Northern Trust’s strategy in relation to FinTech developments, innovation initiatives (such as blockchain, digital & crypto assets, cryptocurrency custody and artificial intelligence) as well as market access strategies. 

Joining Northern Trust in 2010, Dan worked in multiple change management leadership roles in the EMEA region before moving to Singapore in 2015 to establish the company’s Derivatives Practice in Asia. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Dan spent five years with J.P. Morgan in the United Kingdom.

Dan has over 16 years of banking experience, primarily within global derivatives. He has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and holds professional qualifications as a PRINCE2 practitioner and is a certified Business Analyst under IIBA.
