Angelo Calvitto is the Head of the Asia Pacific Region for Northern Trust. In this role, he is responsible for the growth and development of the Northern Trust businesses that serve institutional clients across central banks, sovereign wealth funds, public pension funds, government agencies, investment management firms, insurance companies and other large sophisticated global institutions.

Angelo has over 30 years global custody services experience and has held positions in Operations, Investment Administration, Fund Services, Relationship Management and Sales in both Australia and the UK.

Angelo joined Northern Trust in June 2008 and was most recently the managing director for The Northern Trust Company in Australia and previously the Head of Sales for Asia-Pacific for Northern Trust’s institutional business.

Before joining Northern Trust, Angelo was Head of Sales and Account Management at ANZ Custodian Services. Prior to ANZ, he worked for State Street in Australia for three years and the UK for five years.

Angelo holds an MBA from RMIT University.
