Northern Trust Fund Services (Ireland) Limited (the “Company”) is incorporated in Ireland as a private limited company, is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a management company for UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds and currently serves as a management company to a number of Irish UCITS and AIFs (the “Funds”).

The Company is responsible for the general management and administration of each Fund's affairs. In this regard, the Company has in good faith, in the interests of the Funds’ shareholders and in compliance with the requirements of the UCITS Regulations and AIFMD Regulations, delegated certain activities to third party service providers in accordance with the diagram below.  Further details of these third party providers and the nature of the functions which have been delegated to them are disclosed in each Fund’s prospectus.
