Business Development Manager, Middle East
Marta joined Northern Trust in February 2022 as a Business Development Manager for the asset servicing business in the Middle East. Based in Abu Dhabi, Marta is responsible for driving the growth of our business in the region, and supporting the evolving front, middle and back office needs of asset owners and asset managers with our capabilities and solutions offering.
Marta brings significant front office experience. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Marta spent 14 years working for Bloomberg in London primarily in enterprise sales. During her time at Bloomberg, Marta spent six years running sales teams working with clients based in Emerging Markets and then across the sell-side institutions. In the last few years at Bloomberg, Marta ran the listed products electronic trading support team.
Marta holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial & Business Economics from Royal Holloway, the University of London.
