Grace Hayman is Vice President and Head of Client Management, EMEA in Securities Finance at Northern Trust based in London.

Grace is responsible for managing the Securities Lending client servicing and sales team. She ensures that clients receive a quality and coordinated service from all our global teams and works with clients to build solutions through our global Securities Finance business. Northern Trust’s Securities Finance offers a suite of integrated capabilities across Securities Lending & Borrowing, Financing & Liquidity and Collateral  Solutions allowing clients to  drive greater portfolio optimization.

Prior to this role, Grace has spent over five years in Asia-Pacific managing complex client and prospect Securities Lending relationships in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Grace also spent a number of years working in our Securities Lending client management and product team in London. Grace first joined Northern Trust in 2011 as part of the Rotational Development Program.
