Chief Information Officer
Thomas A. South is an executive vice president at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Tom was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer in September 2018, responsible for the global strategic vision and execution for Information Technology in support of the business functions to deliver the technology capabilities and solutions.
Prior to his current role, Tom was appointed Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business Architecture in February 2016, responsible for business unit strategy development, operations change management, and location strategy to support a scalable global operating model.
