Glenda G. Pedroso serves as President of the East Region and is based in Miami. She is responsible for leading the company’s wealth management business in the eastern United States, which includes 26 offices from New England to Florida.

Glenda has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Northern Trust in 1995 and has held various regional and national positions, most recently serving as Head of Wealth Management Banking. She is an Executive Vice President of The Northern Trust Company and serves on the firm’s Wealth Management Executive Leadership Team.

Glenda received her B.S. degree from the University of Florida in 1986. In 2021, Glenda was listed as one of American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Finance. Additionally, she was recognized as one of South Florida Business Journal’s 2021 Influential Business Women.

She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of YoungArts and chairs the organization’s Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously, she served as Board Chair of Care Resource, a nonprofit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center that provides comprehensive health care to a diverse community of people in need.
