With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Leah is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Strategist for the North Texas Region of The Northern Trust Company. She serves as a trusted advisor providing investment management, trust and estate planning, private and business banking, and advisory services to high net worth families, institutions and family offices. Additionally, Leah leads Fort Worth’s Elevating Women initiative. Elevation Women is about creating a community where women are working together to share their knowledge and experiences with a goal to learn from each other as we navigate pivotal life moments and have fun while doing it.

Experience

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Leah spent 9 years in the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, most recently as an Investment Advisor advising individuals, families, and foundations/endowments, on preserving wealth and growing it for future generations. Her background has given her a broad exposure within the financial markets and estate planning.

Community Involvement

Leah is serving her second term on the board for Communities in Schools Greater Tarrant County, and is the current Chairman of the Board for 2024-2025. In her previous term, she served as Chairman of the Board, chair of the Finance and Governance Committee for 3 years, and was a part of the Executive Committee for 4 years. Leah also is a current board member for ACH Child and Family Services where she serves on the finance committee, and most recently joined the Finance Committee for Texas Health Resources. She is also on the community board for Susan G. Komen.
