Amber Morgan

Amber Morgan is Head of Strategic Partnerships, Australia and New Zealand, Asset Management. Her portfolio includes working alongside asset owners across all client segments in developing investment solutions that meet their needs. Amber has been in Financial Services for over 15 years, having held various leadership roles across consulting, strategy and distribution. Prior to Northern Trust, Amber spent 4 years at Mercer in Australia, as Head: Institutional Sales and Strategy. Prior to that, Amber held various positions at Alexander Forbes Investments in South Africa with her most recent position instrumental in driving the strategy and execution for the growth of the investments business, across public and private markets.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours in Economics) and Bachelor of Law degree. Amber also completed a Fintech diploma at the University of Capetown. Amber recently completed her ESG course through the CFA institute and has participated in the Inaugural Climate Tech fellowship in Australia through Startmate. Amber is an active mentor for the CFA society in Melbourne, and a volunteer mentor through Headspace, an Australian not-for profit. She is a community member of the Startmate community in Australia and New Zealand.
