Janet L. Schultz is a Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. As a Sales Representative, Janet is responsible for new business development for corporate retirement plans, foundations & endowments, healthcare, public fund plans, institutional clients and correspondent trust banks. Janet develops sales strategies, forms solicitation teams, assesses competitive situations, and coordinates new business presentations.

Prior to her current role, Janet was a part of the Passport Consulting team who are responsible for solving a broad range of complex issues for prospective and existing clients. Specifically, the Passport Consulting team provides technology-oriented solutions and support for clients using Northern Trust’s suite of Passport applications. And prior to that, Janet worked as a Benefit Payment Services Consultant for new business as well as existing clients. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 1999, Janet was an Account Manager at Bank of America and a record keeper at Harris Bank.
