Meghan leads the Financial Sponsors Group within the Northern Trust Institute, providing tailored advice and solutions for private equity, private debt, and venture capital firms as well as their partners. With over a decade of experience, Meghan understands the unique needs of her institutional and private wealth clients and proactively advises them across banking, investment, lending, and wealth planning (e.g., tax deduction opportunities while funding GP commitments, gifting carried interest, and fund finance solutions including subscription facilities or GP partner loan programs). Meghan works with a variety of institutions across AUM sizes and regions, serving as a clearing house of best practices for her clients.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Meghan was a Vice President and Banker in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank for nearly 10 years with a focus on serving financial sponsors clients.

Meghan graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and was an All-American and team captain on the nationally ranked NCAA Women’s Basketball team. She is a member of the University of Chicago Women’s Board and currently serves on the Grants Committee.

Meghan resides in Chicago with her husband, five year old daughter and three year old son. Outside of family time, Meghan enjoys travel, rooting on Wisconsin sports teams, exploring new restaurants, and is beginning to learn golf.
